Unopened and non-damaged orders can be returned within 15 days at your own cost. If the order is damaged or caused any physical discomfort, you need to contact us immediately and make a formal refund claim.

If your parcel was damaged upon receipt and that in turn the product inside is damaged, you need to notify the carrier within 24 hours with proof of damage (with a picture or video) and contact us so we can resend a new product.
